Configure send message keys

By default in LaboChat, Enter sends your message. Use Shift + Enter to add a new line.

You can change this preference so that Enter adds a new line and Ctrl + Enter sends your message instead.

Tip: Shift + Enter always adds a new line, regardless of whether Enter to send is enabled.

Configure send message keys

Via compose box

1. Open the compose box.
2. Click the ellipsis () next to the send () button.
3. Toggle your preferred option for Press … to send.

Via personal settings

1. Go to Preferences.
2. Under General, toggle Enter sends when composing a message.
