Change the time format

Based on your preference, LaboChat can display times either in a 12-hour format (e.g., 5:00 PM) or a 24-hour format (e.g., 17:00).

For new accounts registered in the web app, the initial format follows the browser’s locale. For example, Polish uses a 24-hour clock, while American English uses a 12-hour clock. Settings imported from another account take precedence. Accounts created without browser information use the organization’s defaults. You can change the format at any time.

Change the time format

1. Go to Preferences.
2. Under General, select your preferred option from the Time format dropdown.
